This is a nice little hike. There are parking areas on both sides of Harris Mt. Road in Belchertown. We walked a mile or so on the Robert Frost Trail before turning around. We snacked on a "peak" of sorts - it was quite forested so the view wasn't amazing. However, the hike up there was exciting and steep, with both rock steps and wooden log steps to help keep you from crawling. It was a bit precarious and we did need to help our 3 year old keep his balance. Coming down the steep slope is also challenging for little ones, but on the plus side when you kick a rock down it rolls forever!
